NOTE:
1. Parameter settings incremental, step by decreasing the effective range of different size. Increased flexibility in the use of settings, regressive step.
2. Flywheel teeth set to zero (0) to disable speed sensor. Collecting only AC motor output frequency, speed value is calculated from the frequency value. ldle units in the following if not power, speed sensor to be connected properly and correctly set flywheel teeth.

4. OPERATION
1. MANUAL OPERATION:
Press the
first, then press the
pushbutton, When the controller is in the manual mode (indicated by an LED indicator beside the button), pressing the START(I) button will initiate the start sequence.
Selecting STOP(O) de-energises the FUEL SOLENOID, bringing the generator to a stop.
2. AUTOMATIC MODE OF OPERATION
Press the
first, then press the
button, When a Remote Start signal is appiled to the remote start input, the following sequence is initiated.
On removal of the Remote Start signal, the stop delay timer is initiated, once it has timed out, the load Transfer signal is de-energised, removing the load. The Cooling timer is then initiated, allowing the engine a cooling down period off load before shutting down. Once the Cooling timer expires the Fuel Solenoid is de-energised, bringing the generator to a stop.
3. MANUAL MODE Transfer AUTOMATIC MODE
When the controller is in the manual mode and the engine is running, press the
pushbutton, generator will goto the AUTOMATIC MODE.
4. CLEAR THE FAULT
Press the
button, clear the fault and goto the STOP MODE.
5. GIVE(CUT0) ALOAD TRANSFER SIGNAL IN THE MANUAL MODE
When the Remote Start signal is invalid, Press the
button and +
button simultaneously, the load transfersignal will be effective.
6. CORRECT THE ERROR OF THE AC VOL TAGE
If the Generator rated voltage is 400V, then the parameter of the 20th will be set at 400. Working the generator and do not any load, adjust the AVR controller to make the AC voltage of generator is 400V, Press the
button and
button simult aneously. Correct the error AC voltage is finished, When the Common alarm LED Was flashing.
5. ACCESSING THE CONFIGURATION EDITOR
Press the info
and Stop/Reset
button simultaneously.
The LED beside the AUTO button will flash continuously to indicate that configuration mode has been entered. The first configuration setting is displayed.
6. EDITING THE PARAMETER
Enter the editor as descnibed above . Press
to enter edit mode. The
symbol will flash on the display to indicate that edit mode has been entered. Press +/- to change the parameter to the desired value. Press
to save the value and exit edit mode for this parameter. The
symbol will be removed from the display to indicate that edit mode has been exited. To select value to edit, press the +/- buttons. Continuing to press the + and - buttons will cycle through the adjustable parameters as shown in the following lists. NOTE:To exit the front panel configuration editor at any time, press the Stop/Reset button.
